On June 3rd, Dajie Intelligent Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dajie Intelligent") and Liuzhou Fuzhen Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Liuzhou Fuzhen") held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Liuzhou, Guangxi. The two sides will establish a joint innovation body, focus on the pain points of automotive stamping die development, carry out strategic cooperation in the field of stamping die AI design, and create an "AI+" industrial application ecosystem in the automotive field.

Dajie Intelligent is a national level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise, a national level high-tech enterprise, a Guangdong Province specialized and refined small and medium-sized enterprise, and a member unit of the Guangdong Province Digital Industrial Software Alliance. It has established the Guangdong Province Mold Intelligent Design and Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering Technology Center. Dajie Intelligent focuses on the research and application of intelligent design systems, taking the lead in the automotive manufacturing field. It has developed a stamping die intelligent design system based on professional big data and artificial intelligence algorithms, solving the industry problem of mold design relying on engineer experience and long design cycles.
Liuzhou Fuzhen is a key backbone enterprise in China's mold industry, deeply engaged in the field of automotive molds for more than 20 years. It is a core enterprise under Fangsheng Group and has two major production bases in Yanghe and Hualing. Its main business includes stamping molds, stamping welded parts, and welding automation. Its customers come from dozens of well-known domestic and foreign automotive companies, and it has an annual production capacity of 800 sets of stamping molds and 1 million sets of stamping welded parts. It is an important force in the regional automotive manufacturing industry chain.
The intelligent design system independently developed by Dajie Intelligence is the core content of this cooperation, including:

Targeting automotive body development, by establishing a large stamping process database and creating a professional AI design model, intelligent stamping process design is achieved through intelligent feature recognition and personalized parameter input of object parts.
2. Intelligent design system for mold structure
(Agle Die)
We have created a process driven AI design knowledge graph for mold structures, which automatically completes mold body structure design, standard part calling and layout, non-standard structure intelligent design, etc., achieving personalized mold structure intelligent design and greatly improving design efficiency.
The signing of this agreement marks a new stage of cooperation between Liuzhou Fuzhen and Dajie Intelligent in the stamping field.
