On July 1st, the 25th China International Mold Technology and Equipment Exhibition (DMC2026) grandly kicked off at the Shanghai Hongqiao National Convention and Exhibition Center! Dajie Intelligent Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dajie Intelligent"), which is deeply involved in the "AI+Industrial Equipment Intelligent Design" track, has made a heavyweight debut with its mold AI design system. With its national level specialized and new "Little Giant" hard core technology strength, it promotes the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the mold industry.

At the exhibition site, Dajie Intelligent fully exhibited a full range of AI intelligent design product matrices, solving industry problems such as traditional mold design relying on engineer experience, long cycles, high software operation intensity, difficult standardization, and inefficient remote collaboration
1. Intelligent Design Engine Platform: Establish a common platform for the underlying support of intelligent design systems, encapsulating core technologies such as knowledge extraction and modeling, automatic feature recognition, parameterized template modeling, and adaptive assembly of components, and combining them with industry knowledge to quickly build vertical domain intelligent design software.
2. Stamping Process Intelligent Design System (Agle Form): By establishing a stamping process knowledge base and machine learning AI inference algorithm through big data of automotive and home appliance sheet metal products, intelligent design of stamping processes is achieved, and process design cards that meet engineering requirements are output. The single part process design time is less than 10 minutes, which is more than 10 times more efficient than traditional process design.
3. Mold Structure Intelligent Design System (Agle Die): Establish an intelligent design pattern for process driven structures, develop functions such as automatic recognition of process features, parametric modeling, and intelligent layout of standard parts, achieve intelligent personalized design, and automate the design modeling process. A complex mold design only takes about 4 hours.
4. Dajie Cloud Platform: Provides public and private cloud deployment models, reduces the comprehensive investment cost of enterprise software and hardware, realizes cloud network end three-dimensional data security storage and control, and supports enterprise level cross regional collaborative design.
