This year's China International Fair for the Promotion of AI Technology focuses deeply on the transformation scenarios of small and medium-sized enterprises. Traditional industrial product design highly relies on the experience of senior engineers, with tedious process scheme iterations, large modeling workload, and long R&D cycles, which constrain enterprises from improving quality and efficiency. Based on core technologies such as "multi-source heterogeneous knowledge modeling" and "process driven structural intelligent modeling", Dajie Intelligence breaks through the problem of structured extraction of heterogeneous data such as process knowledge, 3D numerical modeling, and design standards, constructs computable knowledge models, and supports efficient training of AI algorithms. Develop functions such as automatic recognition of process characteristics, parameterized modeling, and intelligent layout of standard parts, establish intelligent design methods for process driven structures that meet personalized design requirements, and achieve automation of the design modeling process. The core technology has obtained more than 160 intellectual property rights, including over 70 patented inventions. The industrial grade AI design system compresses the traditional design cycle of more than ten days into a few hours, achieving a breakthrough in "digital engineers" independently completing mold design. At the same time, it supports multiple deployment modes such as privatization and public cloud, adapting to the digital construction needs of enterprises.
